It’s a great way to use an older game console if you can’t or don’t want to spend money on a new media streamer like a Roku or Amazon Fire TV. It might make more financial sense for you to pick up a HDHomeRun Connect if you have a PS3 and want to get OTA channels on a second TV where you PS Now on other Devices(Like PC and Roku) I know PS Now is coming to Samsung and Sony TVs, But I think the nature of the service would lend itself more to even more diversifying. I would love to use it on my Laptop and Roku devices, though they would have to add some kind of PlayStation controller functionality to the Roku for that.
